All return/exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, unwashed, undamaged, with tags, and in its original packaging.
All returns require the inclusion of the Diablerie Return/Exchange Form and the original packing slip. The form must be filled out and a reason code must be included. **No exceptions.**
Original items must first arrive at our location before the new items can be sent out.
We do not refund original shipping fees and/or return costs for return/exchange items.
Diablerie reserves the right to refuse return/exchange requests that do not meet the requirements listed above.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refund Policy
A refund may be requested for defective, damaged, or incorrect purchase items.
Please include the packing slip form with your return and provide reason code.
Original items must first arrive at our location before refund is issued.
Please allow up to 15 business days for the amount to show up on your account after the refund has been processed.
