Returns and Exchanges

Return/Exchange Policy

    • All return/exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, unwashed, undamaged, with tags, and in its original packaging.
    • All returns require the inclusion of the Diablerie Return/Exchange Form and the original packing slip. The form must be filled out and a reason code must be included. **No exceptions.**
    • Original items must first arrive at our location before the new items can be sent out.
    • We do not refund original shipping fees and/or return costs for return/exchange items.
    • Diablerie reserves the right to refuse return/exchange requests that do not meet the requirements listed above.
    • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refund Policy
    • A refund may be requested for defective, damaged, or incorrect purchase items.
    • Please include the packing slip form with your return and provide reason code.
    • Original items must first arrive at our location before refund is issued.
    • Please allow up to 15 business days for the amount to show up on your account after the refund has been processed.
    • Diablerie reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the requirements listed above.
